"Dei.... Did you packed everything thing or not? There is a flight for us in two hours" I heard Dev shouting.
[ Dei - informal way to call a man or boy]
"Two minutes macha!" I said and zip my bag.
[Macha - dude]
I am so happy today. We are going to coimbatore from Chennai. I am going to see her today. It's been eight months since I lastly saw her. I and Dev got a placement in same company in Chennai and living in same house. Fortunately my sister and she also got placement in the same company they just only finished their finally exams and waiting for the result. I am so so happy that I am going to see her everyday.....
"Enna da panra??" Dev shouted and enter the room...
[ What are you doing?]
"Dei enna da problem unnaku? Do you have a girlfriend there? Why are you so excited and shouting at me? Are you hiding anything from me Dev??" I shouted at him because he is always a calm guy but he is so excited today.
[ Dei what is your problem da? ]
"Chi...chi athalam onnu illa... I am just excited to meet mom, dad and Teju. Aren't you excited to see aunt, uncle and Miru?" He asked.
[ No...no nothing like that]
"Yes I am too let's go" I said.
We came to the airport with our friend Eswar he dropped us and went after one hour of journey we landed at coimbatore airport. We got our from the Airport and I took a deep breath closing my eyes feeling the air of my hometown.
Someone tap my shoulder. I open my eyes and see Dev. He is looking straight. I look at the Direction he looked and see my little sister Miru already came there to pick us. She look at me and ran towards me.

We came to the airport and came out. I see Hari smiling to himself. I looked straight and my heart beat fasten. My baby, my angel, there is she in a white t shirt and shorts. When our eyes meet a shade of pink came upon her light dusky skin. She smiled at me. I want to hug her right now but I couldn't. Those dark brown orbs looking so fine and happy. I tap his shoulder. He looked at me and look at her. When he looked at her her smile widen she ran towards him and hugged her brother.
That's my hug...
She looked at me and wink. A blush came upon my cheeks and I turn and face to another side and run my fingers through my neck length dark brown hair. Why her gaze always make me feel so hot? God...
"Hey vaalu.. epudi iruka?" Hari asked.
[ Hey naughty.. how are you?]
"I so fineeee.... How are you?" She asked.
"I am good.... Did you done your exams well??" He asked.
"Athulam mass ah panni iruken..." She said.
[ I did them so greatly ]
"Let's see when the result comes" he said and pat her head.
She stuck her tounge at him. My baby is so cute....
"Give me the keys I am driving" Hari said and took the keys from her. We load the luggage in the car dick. She sat on the back seat. I too sat on the back seat telling Hari that I am kind of feeling jetlag. He nod and start the car.
There is a seat between me and her. She kept her hand on the seat looking at Hari who is looking at the road. I kept my hand near hers. Her little finger touched my thumb finger and caresses it. She suddenly hold my hand and give a squeeze and took her hand away. My heart beats like it's going to pump out from my body. I look at Hari he is calmly driving the car.
Me and Miru are together for last six years. She is my cousin. I like her since my childhood but I started to have feelings for her when she was 16 and I was 17. First I was so scared to confess my feelings to her but I did. She refused at the starting but after 6 months she also find the feelings for me in her. No one knows about our relationship. We only get less time to spend together without getting caught. We haven't even had our first kiss yet. I sighed. We came to our house.

My heart stopped beating when I look at him after 8 months. My Dev. When our eyes met a blush creep out from my light dusky cheeks. I looked at my brother and go and hugged him. I look at Dev and wink. He turn away from my sight and run his fingers through his neck length dark brown hair. I want to run my fingers through it so badly. A blush came on his cheeks. I love to make him blush...
He sat on the back seat with me telling a lie to my brother. I kept my hand on the seat between us looking at my brother. He too kept his hand on the seat. First I slowly caresses his finger and I gave it a squeeze. I am so happy that he came here. They are going to stay here for a week. I am gonna see him daily for a week. I hate the long distance relationship between us. When he and Hari got the job in Chennai I was happy but him staying away from me was not good. I hated it the most but now I am so so happy.
We came to our house. We came out from the car. Hari anna parked the car on the garage. Dev took his luggage and my brother took his. He go to his home which is next to ours with a compound wall in between. We entered our house.
"Where is amma?" Hari asked.
[ Amma - mother]
"She went to a shop nearby she will back soon. You go fresh and come. I will arrange the breakfast. Mom made your favourite tomato chutney and idly" I said.
He nod and ran upstairs. After 15 minutes he came down and sat on the dinning table. I took the idlies from the hotbox and kept it on his plate with the tomato chutney. Amma came there. She kept the bag on her hand on a table near and came and sit near Hari.
She admire her son and run her fingers through his hair.
"How are you da kanna?" She asked.
[ Kanna - endearment]
"I am good ma" he said smiling.
"When did you came?" She asked.
"Just 20 minutes ago" he said.
She nod and get up and went into the kitchen.
"How is chennai?" I asked.
"Chennai is good as always" he said.
"Is your company good to work?" I asked.
"Yep that's why I was so happy that you got a placement there" he said and smile.
I gave him a look because that smile was not an ordinary smile. I know you more than anyone Hari. I know you will give all your works to me if I join there. I know your evil plans.
Mom came and sit with us again.
"Amma why did you called us so urgently? Is there any important thing?" He asked.
"Everything is only good news da kanna. We will discuss about it in the evening in Kannama aathai house" mom said.
[ Aathai - aunt]
After mentioning Kannama aathi house his ears turn red in shyness. A blush came upon his light dusky skin. I nugged his shoulder playfully. He look at me. I had a playful smile on my lips. He shook his head looking at his plate. I nod and laughed at his shyness.

Someone knock on my room door. I open it and see my brother smiling widely at me.
"Anna!" I shout and hugged him.
"En kutty ilavarasi" he said and hugged me.
[ My little princess]
We break from the hug and I look at him smiling.
"I have brought you something" he said.
"What is it?" I asked excited.
He took an oreo dairy milk from his pocket and gave it to me.
"Sorry it's melted keep it in fridge and eat later" he said.
I shook my head. "No no, I love it like this. Thank you anna" I said.
"Let's go downstairs" he said and I followed him. We both sat on the couch.
"How is work?" I asked unwrapping the dairy milk.
"Yeah! Going good. I heard that you got a placement in the same company. I am so happy for you and congrats" he said.
"Thank you anna!" I smiled.
"Can't wait to work with you" he said. I nod licking the dairy milk. Damn this so good! Mmm....
Anna took his laptop and open it. I was so concentrated on killing this dairy milk.
"Shit!" Anna cursed. I look at him.
"What happened?" I asked.
"This is Harish laptop and mine is with him" he said.
After hearing his name my heart fluttered. An unknown sensation on my stomach to heart.
My brother looked at me.
"Teju can you please go and give this to him and get mine. Please anna is so tried da ma" he begged me. I nod and gave my dairy milk to him and took the laptop.
"Don't you dare took a piece in it" I warned him.
"I won't I swear" He said.
I nod and came to Sita aathai's house. The door was already open. I knock on the door. Miru came there.
"Teju! Come in" she said and go in.
I followed her. I see him sitting on the couch keeping his legs on the table before him. He is changing channels and stop at sun music. He is wearing a black t shirt and shorts. My heartbeat got faster. I couldn't speak a word. I am trying to avoid this for last five years but I couldn't but why???
The song athangara maramey was playing in the T.V. He was singing along.
"Maman ponney macham pathu nalachu..." He sang and turn and look at me. He blink faster. I am wearing a light pink tshirt and white skirt. My long black hair in a messy bun. My cheeks and nose turn red when our eyes met. He look at me blankly and I looked at him blankly. The eye contact, damn I feel so hot right now. I couldn't stand under his gaze.
Suddenly someone cleared their thorat. It's Miru.
"Enna achu?" She asked.
[ What happened?]
I shook my head.
"Vanthathum peasitea irupa... Ipo enna achu?" She asked again.
[ You always talk when you came here... Now what happened?]
"Umm.... Brother have took Hari's lap so he told me to bring his changing it" I said and let out the lap in my hands.
He got up and went upstairs and came down with a laptop. He gave that to me and I gave his to him.
"That's it?" Miru asked. I nod.
"We are coming there this evening" she said.
"I know" I said and took a last glance at him and came to my house....
